Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Packages receiving hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday receiving hours are 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM. All Packages tendered for export must comply with the following requirements:
All Packages must be properly packed for export. My shipping and/or its agent(s) disavow responsibility for any Packages sustaining damage due to insufficiently protective packaging*.
- The receiver of a Package order at the destination in question must be properly identified as the rightful receiver of the Package.
- All Packages must be accompanied by an invoice. This invoice must specify the value for customs-clearance overseas; determination of value for transportation; and any applicable export reporting requirements as set forth by U.S regulations*.
- Any labelling and/or packing that is deemed necessary by My shipping on receipt of Packages will pertain to the account of the consignee in question.
* These requirements are the responsibility of the client in question. In the event that My shipping must conduct additional administration to correct a deficiency, we reserve the right to add service fees to the Packages order in question. We will collect this additional payment from the consignee. If the consignee does not make themselves available to pay, it will be claimed from the shipper instead. N.B: Complying with these requirements will prevent delays and expedite the process of shipping to the desired destination. N.B: Shipping delays due to missing documentation will not be the responsibility of My shipping. Any Packages tendered to our warehouse will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped in the next possible working day. The sorting and grouping of Packages to ship will be the responsibility of the shipper and/or the consignee. All Packages tendered for shipping is intended for export processing and shipping. Packages requested to be removed from this process for any reason by any applicable party will incur In & Out charges. These charges entail a minimum of $10.00 per removal of Packages and a $2 fee for envelope. Any normal Packages charges for the order in question must also be cancelled prior to the release of the Packages. Note: My shipping facilities are optimized for the shipping of customer orders. Therefore, we do not operate re-mailing or storage services. Individuals or companies seeking these services are encouraged to engage companies that specialize in these services. These are our policies regarding long-term storage, packaging and legislation-based queries:
Due to physical limitations at the My shipping warehouse, we must set the following delivery requirements:
- Free Storage charges for paid Packages in our warehouse up to 30 days
- Paid Packages after remaining in our warehouse for more than 30 days will incur storage charges.
- Any Paid Packages left unclaimed in our warehouse for more than 60 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of it in any way.
- My shipping strives to observe and obey all U.S. laws that concern the transport of Packages. Any customer that is found to violate these laws, or that exhibit shipping practices contrary to them, may be refused service.
In My shipping email is considered as a mandatory method of communication with our customers. It is customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact email on the shipment method, both at the origin and destination. Failure receiving of our email for any reasons may result in shipment delay or other difficulties and extra charges. If our client does not receive our email as expected, then it is the client’s responsibility to contact us in order to find a reason of not-receiving the email.
As soon as you place an order, remember to send us the invoice and the tracking number indicating your client number. Your package will not be dispatch to your destination, if you have not send the invoice for our TRACKING dept. team.
Our staff is trained and responsible for providing quality freight forwarding / international shipping service on particular shipments. We are unable to educate our clients on all aspects related to the international shipping industry terms and procedures over the phone. We build a wide library of shipping references and answers to FAQ in our website. We strongly recommend reading these shipping references and FAQ. Before calling, customers have to obtain our shipping price quote or shipping booking reference number via the website in email. Without this shipping reference number, i.e. not having information on your perspective or current shipment, we most likely will not be able to provide answers to your questions.

We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information. Finally, My shipping rely on third-party service providers for the physical security of some of our computer hardware. My shipping believe that their security procedures are adequate. International shipping of weapons, munitions, drugs, food stuffs including wine ,any item that is edible, supplements etc. are subject to detailed regulations. Violations to these regulations can result in detention, confiscation, or destruction of Packages, as well as fines and criminal charges. Responsibility for proper documents, permits, and incurred charges are for the account of the shipper/consignee.
By default all international sea freight shipments with us go on express releases. Express = telex release = means that you do not have to provide originals Ocean Freight Bill of Ladings in order to claim your shipped goods at the destination. An International Ocean Freight Shipment on express release should be released at the destination upon providing a copy of the
Notice: If an international air/ ocean freight shipment has been paid by credit card(s), before issuing an ocean freight bill of lading we may ask for a confirmation that payer clearly understands that the ocean freight bill of lading is our final shipping document on this shipment. It is the title on shipped goods and proof on transfer of the ownership on the shipped goods to the consignee in the ocean freight bill of lading (recipient of shipped goods).
This will confirm that after receiving the ocean freight bill of lading our shipping service provided is completed as agreed. All parties that may concern of payment(s) on the shipment done by credit card(s) will consider this email the receipt on this payment(s) with payer’s signature in it.
It is shipper’s responsibility on description, legality of commodity and sufficiency of shipping documents submitted to an international sea / air freight shipment. We are NOT responsible for any information submitted by shippers in theirs shipping documents. It is shipper’s responsibility to provide all necessary shipping documents related to his shipment that will be required by origin and destination country officials.
All shipping documents MUST be completed by shipper and sent to us, no later than one day after shipment is delivered to My shipping’s Warehouse. Failure to complete shipping documents may result in increasing shipping cost, delay, storage charges and/or other penalties.
My shipping, shippers will be able to schedule Sea / air freight shipments online and receive emails with complete shipping instructions. Exporter must follow these shipping instructions. Failure following these shipping instructions may result in the shipment cancellation, shipping delay or unpredictable additional charges. We will NOT be held responsible for any issues that may occur due to failure following to these shipping instructions.

All the packages whose recipient cannot be identified will be stored in our warehouse for 30 days. We will make additional efforts to identify the recipient. If your package is incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, additional handling charges may apply which will be charged to the recipient’s account. If after 30 days a recipient cannot be determined, will be entitled to dispose the goods. Any claims for damages of the customer remain unaffected.STORAGE
My shipping will store your packages in the warehouse for up to 30 days without charge while waits to receive all the required fees and customs forms for shipping, and any additional packages that are to be consolidated. After 30 days, will charge you a fee of 1 USD a day which will be paid prior to shipment. reserves the right to sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of such packages without incurring any viability to you or any other party whatsoever. All overdue storage fees will have to be paid in order to ship out any packages in the warehouse. If no payment is made within a reasonable amount of time will discard your packages without notice to you. All consolidations need to be shipped out 14 days from the time they are completed. After 14 days the packages will be charged 1 USD a day and will be discarded if kept for over 30 days. may not warn about overdue storage fees, you are responsible for taking care of your own packages and to ensure that all your packages are shipped out in due time.
CONSOLIDATION & REPACKING
My shipping will consolidate and repack up to five (5) packages for free. Extra package to be consolidate and repacking will be charged 1 USD per extra package. Once a consolidation has been completed, it cannot be re-consolidated. On request will take a photo of the contents of your consolidation/repacking at extra charge one (1 )USD for each photo taken. Photo requests will not be honored once the consolidation has been completed.
My shipping can purchase products online on your behalf for a 5% commission of the purchase cost. My shipping is not responsible for quality of goods, delivery issues and any other inconveniences. My shipping is also not responsible if the purchase cannot be made for any reasons. Payment accepted for this service is either, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.
PHOTOGRAPHS OF PACKAGES
For a small fee, My shipping will take a photo of the contents of your package, this will help you to determine whether your store has properly filled your order, whether all your items have arrived, and to protect you in case any of your items are lost or damaged in shipping. My shipping will charge 1 USD per photo taken. My shipping will not be liable for any claims of missing or broken items for any packages without a photo and without insurance.
My shipping currently accept payments by PayPal, Wire Transfer and Credit card . PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit. The PayPal account owner must match with the owner on your account. An additional ID verification may be required to verify each and every transaction. Bank transfer will apply a 20 USD banking fee to process your payment.
PAYMENT TERM AND RETURN POLICY
Typically payment term is directly from the time of issuing our invoice in email. However, if agreed in writing in advance, payments terms may vary depend on type of shipping service and shipper’s credit with us. Return policy is published in this website.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE
We reserve the right to refund unauthorized by us payments done online via Google Checkout or PayPal back to the credit card holder less transaction fee 3.79%/$10 minimum without notices.
Payments by credit card online via Google Checkout or PayPal must pass CVV and full AVS verification. If a payment has been accepted by and settled in Google Checkout or PayPal, but AVS did not mach and/or CVV is not passed, My shipping, reserves the right to refund the payment to the credit card holder less transaction fee 3.79%/$10 minimum without notices or request an additional confirmation(s) and/or verification on this payment.
In certain circumstances, even though an online payment had passed CVV and full AVS verification in Google Checkout or PayPal, we keep the right to request an additional confirmation(s) and/or verification on this payment.
FAILURE TO PAY MY SHIPPING INVOICE
If invoice is NOT paid within 5 (five) calendar days, 15 (fifteen) days after due date, it will be considered as ABANDONED. And My shipping will cancel the Express Release on the international shipment with a mail from My shipping to the client . My shipping WILL NOT take any responsibilities on any storage, demurrage and other charges connected to delays. As the result of express release cancellation consignee WILL NOT be able to recover his/her goods and requested to be destroyed or re-consigned and re-possessed and sold on the action in order to cover expenses related to the ocean freight, storage, demurrage etc charges.
You can protect your packages against loss or damage during shipping with insurance if and when available ships only by the methods offered in the shipping calculator shown on , and is not responsable for the actual shipping that is chosen by you. All terms and conditions of the selected shipping DHLor air/sea My shipping apply to you. No packages will be shipped until you have paid all shipping charges and storage costs, if any. You are solely responsible for declaring the correct value of each package for the purpose excise, duty and tax payments. You should note that shipments may be inspected at anytime by Customs authorities and incorrect valuations can lead to penalties for which you are solely responsible. Any problem with received package must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
TRANSIT TIME IN SEA FREIGHT
Estimated Transit Time (Shipping time) in ocean freight quote is not precise and should be verified upon a booking request. Shipping time in booking confirmations on an international shipment by sea CANNOT be guaranteed as well. Although ocean freight cannot guarantee shipping time, normally international ocean freight shipments depart and arrive as scheduled.
Important: Some international ocean freight carriers do not offer partial shipments service. Partial shipments may be subject to international sea freight carrier’s fee (if applicable). If a partial shipment is not approved by Logistics at a time of booking, then every single Packages delivery to CFS will proceed on regular basis such a single shipment.
If a shipper needs to combine more Packages deliveries into one single shipment/bill of lading, then it must be requested at a time of booking and approved by My shipping in email. If approved, then partial shipments are subject to My shipping, partial shipments .

USA EXPORT REGULATIONS
Customer must export products from the United States in accordance with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. As a customer of , You agree not to export, re-export, or transship these commodities to any country that the United States has imposed an embargo or trade sanction upon, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia and Sudan or any destination for which United States requires an export license without first obtaining such license(s). Diversion of these commodities contrary to the United States law is prohibited. Any and all export license requirements are the sole responsibility of the individual and/or entity in contractual agreement with .
The prices quoted are ESTIMATES based on the information you have supplied. Prices quoted may not include all surcharges, fees, optional services, duties, taxes, and customs charges. The transit times are INDICATIVE and has no liability or responsibility for differences between this indicative and the actual transit times.
TERMINATION OF USE
My shipping may terminate your account or your use of the Site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
